Returns: All of my products are hand-made and a lot of time and effort goes into ensuring the best quality possible. However if you do receive something you're not 100% satisfied with I will provide a full refund provided that the item(s) is returned to me in the condition in which it was sent to you. Refund does not include postage costs.
